This is the ongoing mainline collection from my brand REDISCOVERISM, consisting of super-limited edition clothing, accessories and home goods. It's an exploration of the overarching themes that inspire the brand.
TOUCHPOINT 1
I first introduced the project through a series of touchpoints, beginning with three "ethologos" integrated with compact mindfulness exercises. I designed each one to establish the collection’s reflective nature through a personal lens.
TOUCHPOINT 2
The second touchpoint is a GIF of collected imagery that inspired the collection.
I also arranged the strongest references into a more traditional moodboard.
TOUCHPOINT 3
The third touchpoint is a curated playlist, using sound to extend the collection’s mood and energy beyond the visual into a more immersive sensory experience.
WARDROBE PRODUCTS
VEIL SHORT 1
The idea behind these shorts was to create something that could emulate the possibility of movement as a means for of self-discovery, something I have always found to be true in my life. I came up with the idea to create a garment that could reveal a contrasting, secondary layer with common body movements, such as walking, sitting, or jumping. I feel this personifies the idea of learning something about oneself given the time and space to be outside, move around and come up with new realizations.
VEIL SHORT 2
A second iteration of the VEIL short. Made with different trims and slightly different detailing. I wanted this version to feel more nature-oriented, like a minimal hiking short, or hybrid city-nature style.
INERTIA SHORT
This style is designed to symbolize a season of rebuilding. Where some elements are kept, some discarded, and some repurposed into a new whole. The exposed drawcord is meant to symbolize the idea of holding it together. Sometimes the tethers keeping our lives together are very obvious, other times they are concealed.
VERSUS T-shirt
Named after is reversible capability, this t-shirt represents the duality of looking inward and looking outward, and how our inner views and outer views are linked to each other. There is an organic relationship between the way we see the world, and the way we see ourselves, and the way other see us. and vice versa. this style is a depiction of that relationship, presented in a garment that looks different in the from and the back, and on the inside. I used a fabric that had a beautiful face, but also a beautiful backside. They are interchangeable which I find perfectly exemplifies the close relation of what's inside and what's outside of ourselves.
FREEFALL SWEATSHIRT 1
This piece is designed to convey the feeling of letting go of things: circumstances, worries, fear, control, etc. The high contrast stitching is inspired by parachutes, which is used to quickly and efficiently identify damage to the parachute. It's easier to notice a hole, or an area of weakness, or reinforced strength, when the threads are in a different colour. The free-flowing, asymmetric lines are reminsicient of a parachuter jumping out a plane or off a cliff, launching himself into a freefall, and trusting that the parachute will get him back onto the ground safely.
FREEFALL SWEATSHIRT 2
A second iteration of the FREEFALL sweatshirt, with different finishing and branding.

MYRIAD carry-all 1
This piece emphasizes functionality; a term that, to me, symbolizes options and the presence of choice. Despite the unpredictability of life and the fact that we have limited control over it, we can actively choose how we react to adversity. The MYRIAD carry-all is an interpretation of this sentiment, and features a free-moving strap system that allows for an adaptable bag shape and size, providing versatility for the context at hand.
MYRIAD carry-all 2
A smaller iteration of the MYRIAD with a different example of adaptable versatility. This mini bag has adjustable handles to be worn over the shoulder or in hand, as well as snaps that create a different, smaller shape.
PASSe-PARTOUT LANYARD 1
Simply put, this oversized keychain is meant to "go everywhere" with you, becoming an extension of you, just like any keychain. This one is meant to be hard to lose, given its size and exaggerated hardware.
